Hi, I’m Hannah Thomas, and I’m so glad you’re here. I founded Connection Counts because I believe that connection is everything, It’s how we heal, grow, and truly thrive. My passion is helping people feel seen, understood, and safe, whether in schools, communities, or workplaces.
through training, coaching, and resources, I help educators, professionals, and communities build genuine connections, with other and with themselves.
I’ve learned that when we approach life with curiosity instead of judgment, and understanding instead of reaction, relationships transform, behaviours make sense, and people flourish. Connection Counts is my way of sharing that belief with the world. At theheart of it all, my goal is simple: to create spaces where people feel valued, heard, and empowered to be their best selves.
