Keynotes To Inspire Meaningful Change
If you want something that moves people, this is it.
My keynotes are high-energy, deeply human, and rooted in lived experience. I don’t just share information, I tell stories, shift perspectives, and leave people thinking differently long after the event ends.
I deliver engaging keynote talks that inspire reflection, challenge thinking, and connect theory to real-world practice. Drawing on experience across trauma-responsive practice, education, and supporting vulnerable adults and children, my talks offer practical insights as well as big-picture thinking. These talks are ideal for inset days, teacher training, staff development days, and conferences, providing sessions that are both thought-provoking and immediately relevant to practice. Audiences leave not only motivated, but with ideas, language, and approaches they can take back into their work and communities.
Perfect for conferences, inset days, leadership events, and organisational gatherings.

Connection Counts - Key note
Duration: 1 hour
This session explores why connection sits at the heart of learning, behaviour, and wellbeing. Drawing on attachment theory, trauma-informed practice, and real-life examples, it demonstrates how a strong sense of relational safety can transform classrooms, staff teams, and whole-school culture.
We will also explore the 4 S’s of attachment—safe, seen, soothed, and secure (as developed by Siegel & Bryson) and how these principles can be applied in everyday practice.
Ideal for conferences, INSET days, and staff training.
Felt Safety - Key Note
Duration: 1 hour
Safety isn’t something we can simply tell someone they have, it’s something the nervous system has to feel. In this powerful keynote, Hannah Thomas blends lived experience with accessible neuroscience to explore why behaviour, learning, relationships and healing all depend on one crucial factor: felt safety.
This thought-provoking talk helps educators, leaders and professionals understand how the nervous system shapes behaviour and connection, and what adults can do to create environments where children, young people and adults can truly settle, connect and thrive.
Audiences leave with deeper understanding, greater empathy, and practical ideas for creating environments where people feel safe enough to learn, work and heal.
Ideal for conferences, INSET days, and staff training.
